To satisfy the independent third-party requirement of 30 CFR § 250 for 5-year major inspections of well control system components, we review and/or witness the five-year inspections carried out on BOP systems. After a thorough review of the inspection results, we issue a report containing the inspection results, descriptions of problems observed, and how they were corrected.
