We conduct independent third-party (I3P) reviews against applicable regulatory and technical requirements, including 30 CFR §250, BSEE’s Guidance Letters dated 05 and 07 December 2016, recognised API standards, operator functional specifications and OEM technical specifications.
The I3P review can include failure modes consideration (HAZOP/HAZID/FMES/FMECA), HPHT barrier equipment, materials and welding, OEM design validation tests and verification analysis to assess the design against relevant engineering standards and ModuSpec acceptance criteria.
