Root cause failure investigation
We complete root cause investigation and root cause analysis in a manner that is consistent with guidelines. We use different root cause methodologies to determine the root causes of the issue, which include XYZ and as a result of the analyses, can identify the causal factor(s), root cause(s) and corresponding corrective action(s) to prevent recurrence.
Design review
We can review a component or system design against applicable codes and standards, regulations, customer requirements, design specifications and functional requirements to ensure compliance with the requirements. The review includes but is not limited to:
- Review or the design specification and functional requirements.
- Calculation review including review of finite element analysis (FEA) and other advanced methods.
- Qualification and performance testing.
- Quality system and inspection and test plan (ITP) review.
Finite element analysis (FEA)
Our engineers can provide finite element analysis ranging from simple two-dimensional analysis to complex analysis including shear simulation, differential pressure, heat transfer, fracture mechanics, buckling, and large deformation rubber analysis.
